Pastificio dei Campi came about partly from our desire to offer high-class restaurants a “bespoke” product; pasta that can meet the demands of the most exacting palates and always live up to expectations. The use of an excellent raw material, extrusion using bronze dies, slow drying and packaging by hand have made Pastificio dei Campi pasta a very-loved product by chefs, and led us to become sponsors of projects such as Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, the Bocuse d’Or, Best Emerging Chef, Gambero Rosso and many others.
